Buddy-IG provides Instagram automation features including comment-triggered direct messaging, optional comment replies, automation rules, and related logs/analytics.

3) Account Responsibilities

• Keep your credentials and connected accounts secure.
• Ensure your automations comply with applicable laws.
• Ensure your use complies with Instagram/Meta platform policies.

4) Acceptable Use

You must not use the service for spam, harassment, fraud, impersonation, illegal activity, or attempts to bypass platform safeguards or rate limits.

5) Third-Party Platforms

Service behavior may depend on third-party systems (including Meta/Instagram APIs and payment providers). Availability and functionality may change due to third-party actions.

6) Fees and Billing

Paid plans are billed according to your selected subscription. Unless otherwise stated, plans auto-renew until cancelled. Refunds are provided only where required by law or stated in plan terms.

7) Intellectual Property

The service and related software are owned by Mr. VIKAS PANWARor its licensors. You retain ownership of your content and grant a limited license necessary to provide the service.

8) Disclaimer and Limitation

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, specific delivery outcomes, or business results.

9) Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for material violations of these Terms, abuse, security risk, or legal/policy requirements.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, Delhi, India.
